INTEL'S TEAM BUILDING EVENT ON 14th MARCH

Once again, PG cakeCraft hosted Intel's team building event on 14th March. There were about 13 participants and the team headed by Ms Pek who liaised with us about the event. This team choose to hone their skills in baking and decided to learn to bake our popular French Macrons, Hokkaido Cake, French Fruit Tart and New York Cheesecake.

They came at 9.30am and at first we felt intimidated to see whether a  team of engineers and system analysts could cope up with a very high end baking session. Baking perfect macarons is not easy and the techniques involved is quite meticulous. But these cheerful team proved that baking can be fun and proceeded to bake macarons as though they have been baking it for ages. It was a not only a fun class but also a creative one and the pictures below will prove that professionals can also be bakers if they have the right mind set. To Ms Pek and her team, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making this event successful.
