AMERICAN PATISSERIES CLASS

We are introducing American Patisseries class after our successful European Patisseries class which was featured in our baking class about a month ago. In this class we will teach to bake three popular cakes which are not only renowned in the US but also throughout the whole world. Our Moist Carrot Walnut is loaded with grated carrot, crushed pineapple and walnuts. The cake is very moist with the inclusion of other secret ingredients and the cream cheese frosting adds a sweet and tangy flavour to the cake. For the White Chocolate Macadamia cake, we will teach to bake a very soft and tender sponge cake, which will be layered with butterscotch flavoured buttercream. Chopped macadamia nuts are also added to the buttercream to alleviate the taste to the next level. A mirror of white chocolate ganache is spread on the cake to give a glossy finish. The last cake which will be taught in this class is a High Fiber Cheesecake. This cheesecake is quite healthy and the taste is not compromised even with the addition of healthy ingredients like jumbo oats, pumpkin seeds. sunflower seeds and melon seeds.
