This class was booked by a group of friends and we had a surprise when a pretty young lady from Hong Kong who was here on a vacation called to joined our class. Her name is Candy and she came with her interpreter, but it was not necessary as she was able understand some of the baking jargon that bakers normally use in their conversation.. Although it was a brief encounter, it left a great impact on me because Candy was very satisfied with our class.
Our popular bread and buns class was attended by some nurses and their lawyer friend who requested for a private class. They did not feel intimidated to work with the bread dough because our recipe for the dough always turns out soft and supple. It was a pleasure to teach those ladies as they were eager to learn about bread making. They also made a lot of substitute by replacing white flour with whole meal flour and incorporated grains and seeds in their bread. Our next bread class is on 12th February (also for a private group).
