CROISSANT & DANISH PASTRIES CLASS ON 6th NOVEMBER 2013

 About 15 students attended our Croissant & danish Pastries class on Deepavali day even though it was a public holiday. Baking croissants is a long process and with patience of our students managed to bake the pastries successfully. Below are some of the pictures that we managed to capture before the students went back happily with their master pieces.
