Our Celebration Cakes class was held last week on the eve of our National Day. A good turnout of about 15 people who attended the class. Most of them were eager to to master the art of baking the ever popular retro pandan layer cake. There were were some gasp of astonishment cum anxiety coming from our students when the cakes were turned out from their moulds. A sigh of relief was heard in the pin drop silence when the cakes glided blissfully onto the cake board, coated in glistening pandan custard jelly.
Actually our recipe is fail proof and quite easy to make if the directions are adhered correctly. To get the sharp edges around the cakes is quite simple and no major techniques is needed to achieve it. So if you are interested to learn to bake this popular retro cake for your family and friends, then look no further and join our next class.
