BREAD & BUNS CLASS ON 7th FERUARY 2014
Our popular bread and buns class was attended by some nurses and their lawyer friend who requested for a private class. They did not feel intimidated to work with the bread dough because our recipe for the dough always turns out soft and supple. It was a pleasure to teach those ladies as they were eager to learn about bread making. They also made a lot of substitute by replacing white flour with whole meal flour and incorporated grains and seeds in their bread. Our next bread class is on 12th February (also for a private group).
